# Mail to WorkOrder

Transformar emails recebidos em ordens de trabalho com regras, parsing e matching no OutSmart.

**Mail para Ordem de trabalho** ajuda a converter automaticamente emails recebidos em Ordens de trabalho.

Utilize esta secção para compreender a funcionalidade, ativá-la, configurar regras de correspondência e monitorizar os resultados.
