# Compreender os requisitos de licença do Power BI

Verificar que Plano, Permissões e acesso externo são necessários para o Power BI.

A utilização do Power BI depende tanto do acesso ao OutSmart como do acesso à Microsoft.

Convém verificar ambos antes de iniciar a configuração.

### O que é necessário

* um Power-Up ativo do Power BI no OutSmart
* acesso a **Definições → Sincronização de dados**
* acesso ao Microsoft Power BI para relatórios

### O que verificar

Os seguintes pontos devem ser verificados na sua Conta:

* o Power-Up do Power BI está ativo
* o Utilizador adequado pode gerir a configuração
* as Definições de Data Sync estão disponíveis
