# Configurar o Questionário

Configurar o conteúdo e o aspeto do seu Questionário CSAT.

Após a ativação, configure o questionário CSAT em **Definições**.

Aqui, são definidos o texto do questionário, o idioma e as perguntas.

Cada pergunta deve ser colocada numa linha separada.

O CSAT suporta apenas uma **classificação de 5 estrelas**.

Perguntas abertas não estão disponíveis.

### Abrir Definições

Clicar **Definições** no canto inferior esquerdo.

### Localizar Questionário de satisfação

Pesquisar por **Questionário de satisfação** e abrir a Configuração.

### Abrir o configurador

Clicar **Configurar** no canto superior direito.

### Configurar o questionário

Preencher os seguintes campos:

* **Ativado**
* **Nome do URL**
* **Título da página**
* **Idioma**
* **Perguntas do questionário**
* **Mensagem de boas-vindas**
* **Texto de encerramento**
* **Mensagem de agradecimento**

Na parte inferior, pode opcionalmente adicionar um **logótipo**.

### Adicionar as perguntas

Introduzir cada pergunta numa linha separada abaixo de **Perguntas do questionário**.

Clicar **Guardar** no canto superior direito.
