# O que são os Recursos?

Compreender o que os Recursos fazem e quando os utilizar no OutSmart.

**Recursos** É a funcionalidade para o equipamento interno no OutSmart.

Utiliza-se para ativos que a própria Empresa planeia e utiliza.

Exemplos incluem:

* reboques
* Veículos Empresa
* gruas
* ferramentas
* equipamento de medição

### Como os Recursos diferem dos Objetos

Os Objetos costumam pertencer a um Cliente ou a uma instalação.

Os Recursos pertencem à própria Empresa.

Os Recursos são assinalados como internos.

Isto significa que:

* não aparecem na Visão Geral de Objetos do Cliente
* são geridos no Backoffice
* podem ser planeados no Planeamento
* podem ser associados a Ordens de trabalho

### O que os Recursos permitem fazer

Os Recursos permitem:

* acompanhar o equipamento interno
* verificar a Disponibilidade antes do planeamento
* evitar duplas reservas
* faturar a utilização do equipamento com tarifas

### O que é necessário primeiro

Antes de começar, é necessário garantir que:

* os Recursos estão ativos na Conta
* os Utilizadores certos podem aceder à configuração
* está definido que equipamento deve ser gerido como Recursos
