# Tarefas

Ativar Tarefas, criar follow-ups, organizar Categorias e gerir o trabalho das Tarefas no Backoffice e na app.

**Tarefas** ajuda a gerir seguimentos, itens a fazer e ações internas no OutSmart.

Esta secção serve para ativar Tarefas, criar tarefas, organizá-las e geri-las no trabalho diário.

### O que se faz com Tarefas

* criar ações de seguimento para Clientes e trabalho interno
* atribuir responsáveis, Funcionários, Prioridades e prazos
* ligar Tarefas a Ordens de trabalho, Faturas, Propostas e Projetos
* gerir Tarefas no Backoffice e na app móvel

* [ ] Ativar **Tarefas** em **Definições → Definições da funcionalidade**.
* [ ] Criar uma ou mais **Categorias de tarefas**.
* [ ] Definir quem pode atuar como **responsável pela tarefa**.
