# Definir datas e prazos das Tarefas

Adicionar datas de início e de conclusão para que as Tarefas fiquem no estado Planeada e o trabalho atrasado fique visível.

As datas ajudam a planear o trabalho da tarefa e a detetar acompanhamentos atrasados.

É possível definir quando uma tarefa começa e qual é a data-limite.

### Abrir a tarefa

Criar uma nova tarefa ou editar uma existente.

Preencher **Data de início** se o trabalho tiver de começar num momento específico.

Preencher **Data-limite** para definir o prazo.

Adicionar uma hora de início ou uma hora-limite quando o processo precisar de mais precisão.
