# Introdução aos Certificados

**Certificados** é o recurso de RH para gerenciar as certificações e qualificações do Funcionário.

Você o usa para registrar quais certificados o Funcionário possui e quando eles expiram.

### O que você faz com Certificates

* crie tipos de certificado para sua organização
* atribuir certificados aos funcionários
* adicione números de certificado, datas de início e datas de validade
* armazene os arquivos de certificado como anexos
* permita que o Funcionário visualize certificados no App móvel

### Por que as equipes usam Certificates

* Mantenha a conformidade visível.
* Acompanhe as renovações a tempo.
* Armazene a comprovação em um só lugar.
* Dê ao Funcionário acesso aos seus próprios documentos.

### Como o fluxo funciona

1. Ative o recurso.
2. Crie seus tipos de certificado.
3. Atribua certificados ao Funcionário.
4. Adicione documentos e datas.
5. Monitore a validade e revise o Estado.

* acesso a **OutSmart BackOffice**
* direitos para gerenciar Configurações de RH ou dados do Funcionário
