# Reveja e exporte horas

Você pode revisar as horas enviadas antes que sejam consideradas finais.

Isso evita erros em Relatórios, pós-cálculo e faturamento.

### Abrir folhas de ponto

Vá para **Folhas de horas** no BackOffice.

### Abrir o Funcionário

Clique no Funcionário cujas horas você deseja revisar.

Agora você vê uma Visão geral semanal com todos os registros.

### Aprovar ou rejeitar horas

Altere o Estado por linha.

Para números maiores, use **Alteração em massa do Estado**.

### Exportar um Relatório

Clique em **Exportar** para baixar um arquivo do Excel.

### Verifique o resultado

Escolha quais campos você deseja incluir no Relatório.

Após a aprovação, você vê as horas processadas de volta na Visão geral do Funcionário.

### Configurações importantes

Por meio de **Configurações → Configurações da Ordem de trabalho → Processamento de Artigo e horas**, você define:

* se as horas das Ordens de trabalho são adicionadas automaticamente
* qual Estado padrão as novas horas recebem
* se as horas são aprovadas automaticamente

Escolha a aprovação automática apenas se o seu processo precisar de pouca revisão manual.

### O que você pode analisar

Com Relatórios, você obtém insights sobre:

* horas trabalhadas por Funcionário
* tempo por Cliente ou Projeto
* tempo de deslocamento, tempo de trabalho e despesas
* total de horas e custos por período
