# Ativar Formulários Gasketelwet

Ative Gasketelwet Formulário no Gestor de Licença.

Após a ativação, o formulário padrão Gasketelwet fica disponível na configuração do seu Formulário.

Inicie sessão no OutSmart BackOffice.

Clique no ícone do seu perfil.

Selecione **Gestor de Licença**.
