# Pesquisa de satisfação do cliente (CSAT)

Com **Pesquisa de Satisfação do Cliente (CSAT)**, você coleta feedback após uma Ordem de trabalho concluída.

CSAT significa **Pesquisa de Satisfação do Cliente**.
