# Introdução ao PlanSmart

**PlanSmart** é o recurso de otimização de rotas por IA no OutSmart.

Ajuda-o a planear trabalho de campo de forma mais eficiente.

O PlanSmart calcula a melhor ordem de rota para Ordens de trabalho.

Ele usa tempo de viagem, distância e Disponibilidade do Funcionário.

### O que você faz com o PlanSmart

* otimizar automaticamente as rotas diárias
* reduzir o tempo de deslocação e o consumo de combustível
* equilibrar o trabalho de forma mais eficaz entre os funcionários

### O que precisa primeiro

Antes de começar, certifique-se de que tem:

* ativo **IA de Planejamento** Power-Up
* funcionários com uma localização de início válida
* horário de trabalho e Disponibilidade definidos
* Ordens de trabalho com dados de Morada utilizáveis

### Como o PlanSmart funciona

O fluxo básico é simples:

1. Ative o PlanSmart.
2. Conclua o assistente de configuração.
3. Selecione Ordens de trabalho no quadro de planeamento.
4. Inicie a otimização da Rota.
5. Revise e aprove o resultado.

### Importante saber

* O PlanSmart funciona melhor com dados de Morada completos.
* Coordenadas em falta podem bloquear ou enfraquecer os resultados.
* Os horários dos funcionários afetam diretamente a viabilidade da Rota.
