# Importe stock com Excel

Utilize a importação do Excel quando já tiver dados de stock fora do OutSmart.

Isto é útil durante a configuração inicial ou migração.

### Quando a importação ajuda

Utilize a importação quando quiser:

* carregar mais rapidamente o stock atual existente
* evitar a introdução manual de muitos itens
* começar com uma posição de stock mais completa

### Antes de importar

Certifique-se de que os seus armazéns e itens já existem.

Verifique cuidadosamente o ficheiro do Excel antes de o importar.

Valide nomes, códigos e quantidades.

### Boa prática

Comece primeiro com um pequeno ficheiro de teste.

Confirme que os valores importados aparecem no armazém correto.

Depois importe os restantes dados de stock.
