# Tarefas

**Tarefas** ajuda você a gerir acompanhamentos, itens por fazer e ações internas no OutSmart.

Use esta seção para ativar Tasks, criar tarefas, organizá-las e geri-las no trabalho diário.

### O que você faz com Tasks

* criar ações de acompanhamento para clientes e trabalho interno
* atribuir responsáveis, colaboradores, prioridades e prazos
* ligar tarefas a Ordens de trabalho, Faturas, Proposta e Projetos
* gerir tarefas no BackOffice e na App móvel

### Checklist de início rápido

* [ ] Ative **Tarefas** em **Configurações → Configurações da Funcionalidade**.
* [ ] Crie uma ou mais **categorias de tarefas**.
* [ ] Decida quem pode atuar como **responsável pela tarefa**.
* [ ] Decida quais colaboradores podem ser atribuídos a tarefas.
* [ ] Defina um processo claro para **prioridade** e **Estado** uso.
* [ ] Decida se as tarefas precisam de **datas de início** e **datas de vencimento**.
* [ ] Ative as políticas de dispositivo corretas **políticas de dispositivo** para utilizadores móveis.
