# O que são Tarefas?

**Tarefas** permite gerir acompanhamentos, lembretes e ações internas no OutSmart.

Pode atribuir tarefas, adicionar prazos, acompanhar o Estado e manter o trabalho visível entre equipas.

### O que as Tarefas ajudam a fazer

* atribuir trabalho de acompanhamento a um ou mais colaboradores
* acompanhar datas de vencimento, prioridade e progresso
* ligar tarefas a clientes e registos comerciais
* gerir tarefas no BackOffice e na App móvel

### Quando usar Tarefas

Use Tarefas quando quiser:

* registar trabalho que não seja uma Ordem de trabalho completa
* acompanhar clientes, Proposta ou Faturas
* manter as ações internas visíveis até estarem concluídas

### Como as Tarefas se integram no OutSmart

As Tarefas podem ser associadas a clientes.

Também podem ser associadas a registos como Ordens de trabalho, Faturas, Proposta e Projetos.

Isto mantém o acompanhamento ligado ao contexto certo.
